Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse in the day-to-day recording and charting of medical and administrative information.
Essential duties include maintaining up-to-date resident rosters, completing charge slips, tracking tardy and absentee reports, and transcribing physicians' orders.
This role ensures that medical records are maintained in an accurate, informative, and timely manner, supporting compliance with regulations.

Salary
$17.48 – $18.00 per hour

Key Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
