Key Requirements

  • Minimum three years of professional HR experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field (may substitute for 1 year experience)
  • Master’s Degree in HR or related field (may substitute for 18 months experience)
  • Experience with recruitment, classification, selection, compensation
  • Knowledge of job evaluation principles
  • Knowledge of state and federal labor laws
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
