Job Summary
This program has been developed to meet the needs for qualified Maintenance Technicians in the Lafayette Facility, through on-the-job training and achieving a Technical Certificate through Ivy Tech.
The trainee will be assigned to a variety of training stations with specific learning activities throughout the facility that pertain to their skill path, and will rotate between first, second and third shifts as needed to complete learning requirements.
Upon successful completion of the program, the trainee will be given the opportunity to become SG6 Quality Electrician within Quality Group.
