Job Summary

• Is responsible for overseeing product development lifecycle management (PDLM ) subprojects, defining production-related requirements, updating quality control plans, providing factory input, implementing factory and product design changes, enhancing manufacturing processes, and optimizing Capex strategies independently with limited supervision.
• Leads assigned Product Development Lifecycle Management subprojects for specific manufacturing technologies, ensuring alignment between product development, industrialization, and launch execution.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Sciences, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing/Operations, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Production Engineering, or Cost Engineering (bachelor’s level)
• Lean Six Sigma certification
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Advanced English skills preferred
