Candidates must have extensive experience advising internal stakeholders on compliance risks associated with external engagements involving HCPs and HCOs.
The position requires a solid understanding of healthcare compliance enforcement environments including the False Claims Act and Anti-kickback Statute.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; Masters or JD preferred
8+ years compliance and/or pharmaceutical industry experience
Solid experience in global pharmaceutical company
High familiarity with OIG seven elements
Strong understanding of US biotech/pharma compliance processes
