  • This position has the responsibility to provide and manage internal and external legal resources for complex global transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, minority investments, debt financings, collaboration agreements, and other complex corporate development and business development transactions.

Key Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate from American law school
  • Licensed to practice law in at least one US state
  • 8+ years experience in M&A and minority investments
  • 5+ years experience at top law firm
  • Degree meeting 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) if earned outside US
