Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in technical field / science (preferred)
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supervisory or leadership role
Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
Experience implementing FDA and GMP regulations
Ability to work cross functionally and influence others
In-depth understanding of manufacturing constraints/Bottlenecks
