Job Summary
This position includes timely review of inspection reports, developing budgets based on identified items, and making recommendations on engaging and terminating vendors.
You will effectively and efficiently schedule and manage all construction activities, review vendor workmanship, and ensure vendors are held accountable for quality, completeness, and timely work.
The role requires a HS Diploma with a College Degree preferred, 3-5 years of residential construction/inspection experience, and demonstrated ability to create and manage budgets.
