Job Summary

  • This role supports the NEOM Green Hydrogen Project, a flagship initiative focused on reimagining energy sustainability.
  • The engineer ensures cybersecurity compliance and resilience for power generation assets including solar, wind, and battery storage systems.
  • The position requires working on-site in Duba, Saudi Arabia, on an 8 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation schedule.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 10-15 years OT experience
  • 3+ years ICS cybersecurity design
  • Saudi NCA and HCIS standards knowledge
  • Solar PV and Wind Turbine security
  • BESS and HV/MV substation controls
  • FAT SAT CSAT testing participation

Nice-to-have

  • ISA/IEC62443 accreditation preferred
  • SANS certification preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Microsoft Visio proficiency
  • Experience with large scale construction projects

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 to 15 years OT experience
  • At least 3 years ICS cybersecurity validation
  • Knowledge of Saudi cyber standards HCIS and NCA
  • Proficiency with Modbus PROFINET DNP3 IEC61850 protocols
