Fulfill service requests in a highly customer-service oriented manner, monitor, respond to, and escalate service issues in a timely manner.
Assist with inventory management and asset tracking, support Systems Administrators with day-to-day activities and projects.

Key Requirements
1-2 years Mac & PC desktop support experience
Expertise in configuring and troubleshooting enterprise wireless devices
Proficient in troubleshooting Mac systems (e.g., Jamf)
Working knowledge in Google Workspace, Mac environments, Fortigate Firewall, Cisco switches, Zoom, AWS, JIRA, Confluence
Experience with ticketing systems and security incidents
Understanding of networking technologies and security best practices
