This role is responsible for garnering support from ETF liquidity providers and Authorized Participants to ensure market quality and liquidity for SPDR ETFs.
The incumbent will lead projects to improve product structure and tradability while managing relationships with lead market makers and broker-dealers.

Salary
Base: $130,000 - $220,000 Annual; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual performance-based awards; Benefits: Comprehensive program including 401K match and insurance
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7-10 years capital markets experience
Strong ETF industry background
Experience with market makers and APs
Proficiency in Bloomberg and Excel
Strategic project leadership skills

Multi-asset class knowledge equities fixed income derivatives

Key Requirements
7-10 years of capital markets experience
Strong background in the ETF industry
Experience across equities, fixed income, and derivatives
Proficiency with Bloomberg terminal and Microsoft Excel
