The primary purpose of this job is to perform respiratory therapy and direct care for patients with pulmonary system deficiencies and abnormalities.
The respiratory therapist must adhere to facility policies, perform patient assessments, plan and implement care, and maintain confidentiality of protected health information.
This position requires collaboration with healthcare team members and reporting changes in patient respiratory status to supervisors and physicians.
