The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building compensation frameworks and governance in a publicly traded environment.

Job Summary
This is a “build” role where the Vice President will architect and deploy enterprise job leveling and pay structures, lead annual compensation processes, and design and govern various pay programs.
Operating in a publicly traded, governance-heavy environment, the Vice President will partner closely with Finance, Legal, Compliance, HRIS, and business leaders to ensure controls-minded execution and audit readiness.
