Job Summary

  • You’ll be the first friendly face to greet clients, visitors, and new joiners, making them feel welcome with a beverage and a conversation.
  • As Operations Assistant, you will support the day-to-day management of the Auckland office, ensuring everything works as it should and resolving issues when they arise.
  • You will coordinate regular and ad hoc companywide events, including putting together presentations to be shared with all dentsu Aotearoa offices.
