Must-have
14+ years experience in enterprise applications
Leading large-scale application development teams
Expertise in ERP, CRM, CLM, PLM, MES systems
Experience with cloud technologies and integration platforms
Strong understanding of Finance, HR, Supply Chain processes
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with AI/ML and RPA technologies
Experience with low-code/no-code platforms
Passion for ideation and intellectual curiosity
Background in Aerospace and Defense industry

Key Requirements
