Job Summary

  • The IT Support Technician will be responsible for direct end user technical support for the Virginia Information Technology Agency (VITA) contract by providing comprehensive IT support for end users at customer sites throughout Virginia and the surrounding areas.
  • Perform break/fix software & hardware support (including OEM-certified warranty repair), execution of asset disposal activities, and training on new products and services.
