Job Summary
Develop and implement staffing and learning strategies, retention strategies, leadership and organizational development, talent planning, diversity, compensation management and delivery, performance management, workforce planning, and increasing associate satisfaction and engagement.
Plan, develop, and implement strategy for HR management and development, including recruitment, discipline, grievance, counselling, pay and conditions, training, succession planning, and performance appraisal.
Monitor, measure, and report on HR issues, opportunities, and development plans in co-operation with the company maintenance team.

Key Requirements
