Establish User Requirement Specifications
Assess system risk across functions
Develop and execute validation documents
Prepare commissioning and qualification documents
Perform FAT, SAT, IQ, and OQ documentation
Conduct investigations and troubleshoot issues
Prepare comprehensive validation reports
Lead client relationship development
Develop project plans, strategies, and budgets
Oversee complete project lifecycle
Manage multiple project responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Strong technical writing skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Proficiency with Microsoft Project
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Willing and able to travel

Key Requirements
Validation Engineer II: Minimum 2-7 years project experience
Sr. Validation Engineer: Minimum 7+ years demonstrated experience
Sr. Project Manager: Minimum 10+ years project engineering/management experience
