Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in Aerospace, Defense, or Automotive engineering
At least 5 years focused on PLM strategy, digital transformation, or PMTD capabilities
Experience in large-scale implementation or business transformation projects
Proficient in configuration management, change management, and DOA
Strong project management skills
Experience with Waterfall, Agile, Scaled Agile methodologies
Strong oral and written communication skills in English and French
Hands-on experience with SAFe, ideally as STE or Solution Architect
Deep understanding of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
