Base: $66,400.00 - $99,600.00 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP); Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, Tuition assistance

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain
  • Minimum 2 years sourcing experience
  • Strong business acumen and prior sourcing experience
  • Ability to negotiate supplier price changes
  • Experience with complex global supply chains

Nice-to-have

  • Direct sourcing experience in medical devices
  • Experience developing detailed cost models
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled sourcing tools
  • Project management within multi-plant organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or advanced degree
