Job Summary
The position works closely with operations and the functional management team in providing financial planning and analysis to help the Site leadership team achieve its goals and ensure sustainable and profitable growth.
Lead the annual budgeting process and prepare monthly/ quarterly forecasts for the business, ensuring that they accurately reflect the business and that any gaps are identified early, and appropriate actions are taken to improve operational performance.
Review costs, variances, and efficiency measures with departmental leaders; ensure actions are in place to continuously improve, achieve budgets & forecasts.

Key Requirements
Master’s Degree in Finance & Accounting / Economics
Minimum 5+ years FP&A, Controlling or (Cost) Accounting experience
Experience in an international manufacturing business
Proven ability to succeed in complex matrix environments
Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Excel)
Experience with ERP (SAP R/3; S4) systems and SAP BPC strongly preferred
