Job Summary
Assess and monitor supplier engineering health, drive supplier performance and compliance, and collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve technical and process issues.
Support continuous improvement of supplier engineering practices and lead or support corrective actions.
Collaborate with internal and external organizations to ensure Boeing requirements have been flowed down and incorporated at our suppliers and partners.

Salary
Associate (Level 2): $80,750 - $109,250; Mid-Level (Level 3): $111,350 – $150,650; Senior (Level 4): $135,150 – $182,850; Benefits: Generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and time away from work.

Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field
2+ years related work experience (Associate)
5+ years related work experience (Mid-level)
9+ years related work experience (Senior)
Ability to travel domestically and internationally 10-20%
