Job Summary
The Behavioral Health Service Line (BHSL) internship will assist in preparing social work interns to be knowledgeable of the profession’s missions, values, principles, and standards, and will seek the well-being of the client population in a consistently ethical manner.
Interns will learn agency policy & systems in place per department including referral sources, assessment components, treatment planning, become knowledgeable of services provided for patient care, systems influencing care, resources available, and discharge planning.
