Job Summary
Directs the functional area's activities and resources of the Food and Nutrition Department to ensure alignment with Memorial Healthcare System.
Responsible for the development, coordination, and oversight of the dietetic internship program, ensuring the organization meets and maintains regulatory and compliance requirements necessary for accreditation.
Fifty percent (50%) of time will be allocated to management of this program.
