Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Manage active loan pipeline of outstanding collateral documents
  • Scan loan documents into imaging repository system
  • Update tracking via LOS (Loan Origination System)
  • Ship or upload loan documents per investor guidelines
  • Research and resolve loan exceptions from custodian review
  • Interface with title companies and county recorder offices
  • Meet team SLAs for loan success

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Encompass loan origination software
  • Conventional, FHA, and VA loan experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently as a team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of mortgage experience
  • High School diploma or GED required
