Job Summary

  • As a Behavioral Health Therapist working in the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) at Lutheran Hospital, you will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide assessments and group therapy for children and adolescents at risk for suicide, self-harm, or other mental health crises.
  • You will use specialized clinical knowledge and advanced skills in psychotherapy, clinical counseling, diagnostic interviewing, assessment, and treatment planning for patients ranging from age 5 through adulthood.
  • A caregiver who excels in this role will utilize specialized clinical knowledge and advanced clinical skills in psychotherapy, clinical counseling, diagnostic interviews, assessments and treatment plans to patients.
