Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
Professional software engineering experience in an engineering leadership or people management role
Proven experience leading teams distributed across multiple locations and time zones
Strong background in designing and operating large-scale distributed systems or data platforms
Hands-on experience with modern programming languages and public cloud platforms
Strong grasp of software engineering best practices
