  • Essential duties include hiring and training stewards, maintaining labor controls, and ensuring cleanliness in kitchens to maintain a Health Department score of 90 or higher.
  • The role requires being hands-on with excessive interaction with staff and customers during events, and the ability to lift 25 lbs. to the waist.
