Job Summary

  • This role will be primarily responsible to execute the geographic underwriting strategy for Retail Property and attract, manage, and develop a team of highly accomplished, driven colleagues.
  • The position requires assisting underwriters in executing strategic initiatives, providing support for their issues/concerns, and collaborating with Distribution and other underwriters to target desirable accounts.
  • For positions based in New York City, the base salary range is $105,000-$148,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of Property Underwriting experience
