Job Summary
Play a key part in delivering complex building structures from concept through to detailed design and construction support.
Work across a varied portfolio including hospitals and health facilities, schools and education campuses, commercial high-rise developments, and defence facilities.
As a senior member of the team, you’ll lead design packages, collaborate closely with architects and multidisciplinary engineers, coordinate with offshore delivery teams where required, and contribute to design reviews, technical leadership and mentoring.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Australian buildings structural design experience
Design in accordance with Australian Standards
Lead design packages and collaborate
Engage with clients and stakeholders
Deliver practical, safe, compliant solutions
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with AS/NZS 5131
Experience with BIM delivery
Contribute to technical leadership
Work with geographically distributed teams
Key Requirements
Demonstrated Australian buildings experience
Strong capability designing building structures
Proven experience with industry software
Ability to lead elements of structural delivery
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience mentoring junior engineers
Degree qualifications in Civil/Structural Engineering
