Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology
Active license as PT, OT, or SLP in good standing
Must obtain RAC-CT Credential within 1 year of hire
CPR certification required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Net Health, and Point Click Care
