Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Daily management of assigned patient caseload
  • Conducting home health patient assessments
  • Developing and implementing plans of care
  • Supervising LPNs and HHAs in patient care
  • Performing ordered treatments and procedures

Nice-to-have

  • Flexible scheduling availability for 4 or 5 days
  • Experience with high-risk patient identification
  • Ability to work rotating weeknight and Saturday call
  • Strong critical thinking and concentration skills

Key Requirements

  • Current RN license in North Carolina
  • Graduate from accredited School of Nursing
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • BLS certification required per policy guidelines
  • BSN degree preferred
