The Maintenance Technician supports operation, inspection, and maintenance processes to mechanical, electrical, plumbing and kitchen equipment and systems in assigned facilities.
Assist the operations team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment, including HVAC/R coil cleaning, kitchen equipment maintenance, and minor plumbing repairs.

Key Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience
Valid state driver's license
