Job Summary
Advise clients on the challenges and opportunities of the financial function in M&A deals, including integration/separation planning and establishing the finance target operating model.
Lead projects, manage project teams, and conduct thorough quantitative and qualitative analyses and financial modeling to assess past performance and future expectations.
