  • The Manager will initially serve as the primary operational engine for the office, with the immediate priority being clearing existing backlogs by serving as the primary Exempt Reviewer and lead Pre-Reviewer for all Greater than Minimal Risk and Expedited protocols.
  • As internal efficiencies and turnaround times improve, the role will pivot toward high-level supervision, staff mentorship, and the expansion of the HRPP’s foundational infrastructure, spearheading the development of all HRPP SOPs and policies to drive AAHRPP accreditation readiness.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5+ years IRB administration experience
  • Expert knowledge of federal regulations
  • Master's degree or higher
  • Certified IRB Professional (CIP)
  • 2+ years lead role experience
  • Experience with electronic IRB systems
