The Regional Service Manager is responsible for improving the effectiveness and efficiencies of all maintenance departments within the region and participate in maintenance systems nationwide.
Assist Facilities Management, Regional Managers, Community Managers and Service Managers in the bidding/estimating of small capital items and operational issues that arise, as assigned.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Improve maintenance department effectiveness
Perform bi-annual property audits
Develop and implement preventive maintenance program
Monitor tracking system for PM program
Evaluate maintenance trends for purchasing
Implement and monitor EPA, OSHA, Hazcom regulations
Nice-to-have
Excellent leadership and training skills
Strong customer service orientation
Professional image and demeanor
Key Requirements
Minimum of five years experience as on-site Service Manager
Experience in all phases of electrical, HVAC, boilers, chillers
High school diploma required
Technical or trade school preferred
Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
