Job Summary
As a lawyer within the General Secretariat, Governance and Ethics Department, you will act as an expert in corporate law, governance, and/or ethics, collaborating with existing lawyers to implement Beneva's governance framework.
Your responsibilities will involve supporting strategic thinking, decision-making, and actions to generate concrete impacts for Beneva, including conducting research and monitoring industry information.
You will provide managers and employees with the required support, training, and advice in applying the company's Code of Ethics, participate in drafting corporate policies, and act as a watchdog for governance, corporate law, ethics, and ESG factors.

University degree in law
Member of the Barreau du Québec
Minimum 3 years of experience in governance, ethics, or corporate law
