Must-have

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field

Experience with Tribal Government entities
Casino-Hospitality industry background
PHR/SPHR/GPHR certification preferred
Knowledge of tribal ordinances
Flexible availability for evenings and weekends
Key Requirements

Minimum 3 years direct employee/labor relations experience
Minimum 3 years supervisory experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or related field
Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance required
