The primary purpose of your job position is to maintain the grounds, facility, equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with applicable standards and policies.
You will perform routine maintenance on grounds, facility, and equipment including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical tasks as directed.
Maintaining confidentiality of all resident care information and reporting any suspected violations is a key responsibility.
