  • Responsible for compiling, editing, and producing a variety of professional documents including reports, proposals, manuals, cost estimates, briefings, and presentations.
  • Supports executive communications and meeting coordination, including organizing information for executive briefings, preparing meeting agendas, tracking action items, and documenting key discussion points and decisions.

  • Experience supporting document assembly, editing, and administrative tasks
  • Knowledge of organizational change management principles
  • Experience supporting IT project management activities
  • Ability to create, review, and update program briefings
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
