Job Summary

• As a Field Applications Specialist - Tissue Diagnostics, you will act as the primary liaison/customer representative throughout the implementation process and future histology application support.
• Provide highly visible, self-supervised and self-directed, extensive on-site advisory customer support through the implementation of Roche Tissue instrumentation and tailored customer training.
• This is a field-based role - the territory is the Southeastern United States primarily covering South Florida and Puerto Rico with 90% travel expected.

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• 3+ years experience implementing complex laboratory, IT products
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, IT, Computer Science, Chemistry, Biology or Clinical Laboratory or equivalent work experience
• Histotechnology HT, HTL or CT Certification preferred
• Experience with Pharma, Academia and research
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Project management experience
