Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor of Science in Engineering field
10+ years progressive R&D technical engineering experience
Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams
Manage complex programs with matrix organizations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Nice-to-have
PMP certification preferred
Experience with DFSS design processes
Global team leadership experience
Direct regulatory experience with 60601-1 and -2
Experience with TeamCenter or Polarian software
Key Requirements
BS in Mechanical, Systems, Physics, Electrical, Biomedical, or Software Engineering
10+ years in R&D technical engineering roles
PhD in relevant engineering subject with 3-5 years industry experience
Willingness to travel 10-20% domestically and internationally
