Employees must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and possess the ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals and technical procedures.
The role requires frequent interaction with residents to assist with personal care, mobility, feeding, and monitoring for pressure areas or skin breakdowns.

Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs
