The Medical Assistant Lead will be dedicated to clinical support as well as being the primary point of contact for our 16 other medical assistants.
The role is a vital member of the care team, responsible for exercising appropriate leadership and oversight of clinical operations and Medical Assistant staff throughout the assigned site or department under the direction of the Practice Manager.
