Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with food preparation for events by following approved recipes and maintaining the highest production standards.
Maintain an organized and sanitary workstation, properly label and date food items for storage, and minimize waste by controlling overage and usage.
Requires ability to work extended hours productively in a fast-paced, very physical environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
