  • Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with food preparation for events by following approved recipes and maintaining the highest production standards.
  • Maintain an organized and sanitary workstation, properly label and date food items for storage, and minimize waste by controlling overage and usage.
  • Requires ability to work extended hours productively in a fast-paced, very physical environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
