The Designated Litigation Manager acts as the pool client representative, oversees the pool’s liability program, and ensures the application of management principles to the litigation process.
You’ll be the risk pool representative at mediations and settlement conferences, controlling negotiation strategy.
This role offers a hybrid setting with 2 days in the Sacramento, CA Sedgwick office and 3 days' work at home, with approximately 5% travel in the San Francisco Bay Area.
