Morgan Stanley UK is seeking a VEA Training Specialist to design and deliver training programs for various roles within the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate training coordination and strong organizational and communication skills

Job Summary

  • The VEA Training Specialist will be responsible for the design and delivery of all curriculum components as well as determining cadence for assessments to boost knowledge retention.
  • The Training Specialist will work closely with management and subject matter experts to identify training needs and map out development plans for the various VEA roles.
  • The Training Specialist will also own and coordinate the VEA program new hire onboarding process, including licensing training, sales training, and coordination with our internal partners for our monthly/bi-monthly hiring classes.
