Job Summary
Supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations, planning and reviewing all logistics processes to meet company standards and customer service specifications.
Meet regularly with team members to monitor progress, track performance, coach, counsel, and recognize successes, while cultivating team spirit and promoting cooperation.
Responsible for implementation of health & safety and security initiatives, practices and behaviors, and adherence to company rules and policies.
