Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
The caregiver assistant is responsible for assisting residents with daily functions including personal hygiene, mobility, meals, and medical preparation while maintaining confidentiality and reporting changes in condition.
This role requires cooperation with nursing personnel and other facility staff to ensure quality care and a positive environment for residents.
