Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
  • The caregiver assistant is responsible for assisting residents with daily functions including personal hygiene, mobility, meals, and medical preparation while maintaining confidentiality and reporting changes in condition.
  • This role requires cooperation with nursing personnel and other facility staff to ensure quality care and a positive environment for residents.
