Job Summary

• The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the facility to ensure assessments are completed per guidelines.
• This role includes providing oversight on facilities’ weekly PDPM meetings for skilled patients and tracking QM and QASP performance.
• The nurse will also be responsible for coordinating interdisciplinary participation in completing the Minimum Data Set for each new admission.

• 3 years of supervisory experience preferred
